We earned 30 minutes of electronics as our 2nd whole class reward! Your child may bring their electronic or a toy (if you'd rather them not bring an electronic device, on Monday, September 10th.
Mrs. Truax, our beloved Art teacher helped our Sailors and the rest of MPE bring her "TOGETHER WE WILL SOAR" vision to life. We had to take a moment to strike our best poses!
Wonders Unit 1 Week 3:

In reading we'll be asking and answering questions about our reading as well as identifying key details in our story.
In writing we'll continue to work on the stages in the writing process. We're working on our first personal narrative.
We tested over Chapter 1 on Thursday and Friday. We are beginning Chapter 2 on Monday!
In Chapter 2 we'll be working on place value to 1,000.
This time the "homework" pages will come home in a packet for the entire chapter. Remember these pages are completely optional.
